Home staging is the preparation of a home that is on or going on the market to be sold. Staging a home simply involves downplaying the negatives and showing off the positives of a home so it will appeal to the greatest number of potential home buyers. This will increase the chances for a quicker sale at the highest expected market value for the area.
Why should I hire a professional?
Hiring a professional gives you an objective opinion of the home. It is hard not to be biased when looking at a home you have lived in for any amount of time. I am going to give you suggestions that are honest and helpful. We will work together to create a natural "flow" through the home with redesign techniques and editing. Though the exact numbers vary, staged homes consistently sell quicker and for more money than homes that are not staged.
