During a consultation I will walk through each room with a fresh perspective. This process takes about an hour. I will sit down with you and talk about the positives of the home and how to make those the home’s unforgettable features. Within 48 hours I will email or personally deliver a detailed report that will be simple and prioritized.
Remember that the way you live in a home is very different than the way you sell a home and you want to appeal to the greatest amount of potential buyers. When people come into your home you don’t want them to be thinking about all the things they will need to change. You want them to be picturing themselves living there as soon as possible. The goal is to sell the home quickly and for at least the asking price.
.:Home Staging Services:.
After a consultation you have the option of doing the work yourself or letting me take care of it. Selling a home is usually paired with stressful circumstances and the last thing you need is to worry about all of the work involved. Services could include shopping, painting, redesigning and staging for the showing of the home. I can help in finding professionals and pricing if major work is needed. This is a service that will be different with each home and can be negotiated after the consultation.
Experts say the mind of a potential buyer is made up in the first fifteen seconds of being in the home. Let’s make those seconds count.
.:Agent and FSBO Marketing Services:.
If you are an agent or your home is for sale by owner I can help you with marketing the home for sale. I can take inside and outside pictures of the home that shows it in the most flattering way possible. I will email the pictures to you and I can design and print brochures. If you want I can even take care of a box outside the home with a color brochure.
If you are having an Open House I can be there to co-host. This would include me taking care of refreshments and showing up early to do any last minute preparations and lighting.
Also agents, please remember to consider using or suggesting my staging services for your clients. This is especially a good idea for homes that you have listed that have not sold in the first 30 days. Agents, if it is your first time to use my services a discount is available.
.:Organizing and Cleaning:.
This is different from a cleaning service. This is more life-changing than that. Being unorganized can be overwhelming and trying tackle the problem on your own can be even worse. It is a great idea to have an unbiased party come in and help you sort and store. Whether it’s a craft room, garage, home office or one of those “catch all” rooms, we can get it organized and simplified in a way that fits your lifestyle.
.:One-Day Makeovers:.
This is a makeover for any budget. The idea is to use what you have to make a space better. It’s like having your home staged but you get to be the one to enjoy it. I will work with you to create a space that best reflects you and a home you can show off to your friends.
So many times we get stumped when it comes to arranging and decorating our home and we just give up. I can give you some new ideas on making a room feel larger, cozier and welcoming. Let me show you how fast and simple it is to turn a house into a home.
